I’m lucky to have a highly skilled culinary team, diverse in culture, from all over the globe. With this team of talent, our menus are diverse in nature, yet also a reflection of Chicago’s own “Melting Pot” of cultures and neighborhoods. Even more reason that I place emphasis on finding local and regional sources that helps us ensure that we adhere to Hyatt’s principles of “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served.”
